&lt;br&gt;Having been faced with this situation, I can say it was truly difficult to follow through.  I never said anything, but I wasn't open for a second visit either.

&lt;br&gt;This is why people should consider keeping things nice &amp;amp; tidy, as discussed in my blog yesterday (yes, a shameless plug to get people to click on my name above and visit my blog)

&lt;br&gt;I would imagine with the gyno question that it would be depend on what you saw.
